A Santa Ana wind event is creating potentially dangerous wind conditions for parts of the Tri-Counties for Thanksgiving.The forecast calls for the wind to be strongest in Ventura and Los Angeles Counties. A Red Flag warning for high brush fire danger goes into effect Thanksgiving Day for much of Ventura County, and will remain in place into Friday morning.Meteorologists say Ventura County could see wind the in the 35-55 mile an hour range, with 50 to 60 mile an hour gusts in the mountains.Southern California Edison has notified about 17,000 customers in the eastern part of the county that they could experience public safety power shutoffs.
